Hello!
Welcome to Lincoln Elementary, and Mrs. Taylor’s 5th grade page! Let me say right off, that I teach 5th grade in the very room where I attended 5th grade, so Lincoln has been my “family” for a very long time!
I am a graduate of Mt. Pleasant Community High School, and Iowa Wesleyan College. I have taught 5th grade in Mt. Pleasant since 1991.
I hold every student to high expectations. It is important to me that students learn responsibility for their work and their actions, and begin to build a basis for their own character.
My husband teaches and coaches at Mt. Pleasant Middle School, and we are parents of four active children: Nikole, Korbin, Leslie, and Sidney.
